3. The saleable area and floor areas of the balcony, utility platform and verandah (if any) are calculated in accordance with Section 8 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. Area specified in square feet are converted from area in square metre at rate of 1 square metre = 10.764 square feet and rounded to the nearest whole square foot.
